About the Role :
As a Senior CX / UX Designer, you will take on a more influential role in driving the design process.
You will work on complex user flows, high-fidelity prototypes, and lead user research initiatives.
This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional user :
- Lead the design of user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for complex projects.
- Plan and conduct comprehensive user research studies and usability tests.
- Synthesize research findings into actionable design recommendations.
- Develop and uphold design systems and ensure consistency across products.
- Mentor junior team members and provide constructive feedback on their work.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives.
- Drive the iterative design process based on user feedback and usability testing.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX design trends and technologies.
- Present and defend design decisions based on user research and best practices.
- Ensure all design work adheres to accessibility standards and guidelines.
