About the Role :

Were looking for an experienced and visionary Lead Product Designer (UI / UX) to drive the design strategy and execution across our digital products.

You will lead a team of designers to deliver exceptional user experiences that are both functional and beautiful.

As the design lead, youll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to shape product direction, champion user-centered design, and ensure visual and interaction excellence at every stage of development.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end product design process - from research and conceptualization to high-fidelity design and delivery.
• Define and evolve the design vision, strategy, and principles in alignment with business and user goals.
• Mentor and guide a team of UI / UX designers, fostering creativity, growth, and design excellence.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate user needs and business goals into intuitive interfaces and delightful experiences.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of design systems, style guides, and UI components for consistency across platforms.
• Conduct and oversee user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations.
• Advocate for user needs and accessibility best practices across all product decisions.
• Present and defend design concepts and decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and emerging design technologies.
