Key Responsibilities :
- Source and identify top technical talent for various roles (e.g., software engineers, data scientists, IT support).
- Review resumes and conduct initial screening of candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
- Assess candidates' technical skills using appropriate interview methods (technical tests, coding challenges, etc.).
- Manage the offer and negotiation process, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate acceptance to onboarding.
- Maintain and update the candidate database with relevant information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends to effectively identify qualified candidates.
- Provide feedback to candidates after interviews and maintain candidate engagement.
- Ensure timely follow-up with both candidates and hiring managers to close positions.
- Track and report on key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate experience, etc.).
- Promote the company's employer brand and assist in recruitment marketing initiatives.
