Findify Consultants is hiring HR Interns

Designation : HR Recruiter (Internship)

Experience : Freshers with Excellent Communication Skills

Stipend : INR 8,000 to INR 10,000 per month

Location : Sushant Lok Phase I, Gurgaon (Work from office)

Job Description : -

  • Understanding the hiring requirements
  • Attracting candidates through various job portals
  • Reviewing resumes and screening candidates
  • Scheduling interviews
  • Negotiating job offers

Requirements and skills : -

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Female candidates are highly preferred
  • Candidates should be from Gurugram
  • Should have their laptop
  • Ability to assess and evaluate a candidate's qualifications
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals with candidates
  • Time management skills and multitasking
