Requirements : 1-3 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales, preferably in IT services or related fields. Experience with lead generation tools and email marketing platforms. Proficiency in LinkedIn for prospecting and outreach. Basic knowledge of Excel for tracking lead data and performance. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
