Responsibilities

• Develop and implement insurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage the insurance portfolio and analyze risk exposure.
• Oversee the claims process and ensure timely and accurate processing of claims.
• Coordinate with underwriters to evaluate and assess risks.
• Provide training and support to junior staff and team members.
• Liaise with clients to understand their insurance needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
• RECRUIT THE ADVISORS,BUILD THE Advisors team and develop the team
