Position - Branch Manager / Life Insurance.
Role & Responsibility
1. End-to-end ownership for Managing Partner & Agent Partner performance
2. Own the budgets for the location
3. Maintain a self-goal sheet to lead by example and have an adequate Span of Control
4. Network continuously to get good APs from Market
5. Ensure APs and health agent's income in location exceed benchmarks
6. Coach MPs and APs on management / sales skills and career growth
7. Connect with APs who are falling short of CMC criteria to re-activate them
8. Work closely with the training team to organize regulatory and skill development programs
9. Propagate the career option amongst the health agents in the branch
10. Own the rookie AP induction and development program
11. Arrange / attend digital, outdoor promotional (BOP's) events and seminars on recruitment (COP), awareness, customer events, HNI priority etc.
12. Grow the representation of advisors and AP's from location on Conventions, Clubs, and R&R etc.
13. Ensure the desired policy renewals of the branch
14. Ensure the LR% (Loss Ratio) within the parameter for the branch / location.
15. Deal with first level of claim & service issues.
16. Deal with and escalate compliance issues
17. Responsible for the P&L of the branch.
Functional Skills Required

1. Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) - Intermediate
2. Excellent verbal communication and / or Written communication.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT
1. Work Exposure : Candidate should have an exposure of doing / managing sales through Managing Partner & Agent Partner
2. Market Exposure : Candidate should have worked in the Life Insurance local market
3. Team Management Exposure : Candidate should have managed a team of 5 to 6 members.
