We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager - Bancassurance (Health Insurance) to drive our sales initiatives in partnership with banks across India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the health insurance sector, and will be responsible for developing strategies to maximize sales performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement sales strategies for the bancassurance channel in health insurance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank partners to drive sales.
- Train and support bank staff on health insurance products and sales techniques.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for senior management.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
1-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in health insurance or bancassurance.Strong understanding of health insurance products and regulations in India.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in data analysis and sales reporting tools.Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with bank partners.Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.Skills Required
