Roles & responsibilities :

  • Drive life insurance sales in bank branches
  • Build strong relations with bank staff
  • Do daily branch visits and customer follow-ups
  • Provide product training and support to employees
  • Activate branch banking sellers and meet activation targets

Required Candidate profile

  • Mandatory 1 year exp. in life insurance direct channel.
  • Age between 22 to 32 years
  • Ability to motivate & drive performance
