Job Summary :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Manager – MIS to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR dashboards, analyzing vertical-wise attrition data, handling PMS files, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting of HR metrics through Excel and PowerPoint presentations. Strong presentation and communication skills are essential, as is a solid grasp of HR data management and reporting.
Role Overview :
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented professional to join our HR team as an Assistant Manager – MIS (HR). The role will be responsible for managing HR data reporting, analytics, dashboards, and ensuring data accuracy to support strategic decision-making across the HR function.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and maintain regular HR reports, dashboards, and metrics related to headcount, attrition, hiring, attendance, employee engagement, PMS data, etc.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across various HR systems and reports.
- Collaborate with different HR verticals (Talent Acquisition, L&D, HR Operations, etc.) to gather data and generate meaningful insights.
- Automate reports and streamline reporting processes using tools like Excel (advanced functions), Power BI / Tableau, or other analytics platforms.
- Support audits, compliance, and internal reporting requirements by providing accurate and timely data.
- Monitor and track key HR KPIs and suggest actionable insights.
- Support ad hoc data / reporting requests from management and HR leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.3–5 years of relevant experience in HR MIS or HR analytics.Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query, Macros) is a must.Experience with HRMS platforms and analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau is a plus.Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and data accuracy.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience working in a fast-paced corporate HR environment.Exposure to HR compliance, audit requirements, or workforce planning will be an added advantage.What We Offer :
