1. Monitor and control tour operating costs to maintain profitability.
2. Upsell services to enhance client experience and increase margins.
3. Ensure file closures are completed within stipulated timelines and as per company guidelines.
4. Coordinate with partners, Destination Management Companies (DMCs), and internal teams to
ensure smooth execution of tours.
5. Ensure real-time sharing of customer information with suppliers for accurate service delivery.
6. Adhere to operational procedures and compliance requirements defined by the company.
7. Ensure systems are updated with accurate and relevant costs.
8. Track and process supplier payments efficiently.
9. Maintain proper documentation for visa, biometrics, and interviews.
10. Ensure seamless coordination of logistics, rooming lists, menus, venue confirmations, and
Tour Manager activities.
11. Monitor on-ground commitments from suppliers, hotels, and clients to ensure service delivery
as per the memorandum of understanding.
12. Gather and analyze client feedback to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
