Roles & Responsibilities :

• HAZOP-LOPA review and safety instrumented function list generation, along with risk-reduction factors required, and delivered.
• Model any newly identified functions in aeShield and carrying out IL (integrity level) calculations.
• Model any ILa or other instrumented IPLs.
• Update any functions in aeShield as required by LOPA changes.
• Remove any functions from aeShield where the LOPA no longer requires them.
• Highlight gaps for any safety or environmental functions in the LOPA that cannot meet targets highlighted.
• Utilise aeShield / aeFacilitator as the Safety Requirement Specification (SRS) after confirming all required changes have been incorporated.
• Specify a minimum frequency of any outage dependent testing
• Update Maintenance systems (SAP, etc.), test procedures, etc.
