Job descriptionCompetent on issues of FPSO offshore production facilities, high pressure gas processing systems and oil / water / gas separation facilities. Experience of process safety on floating production systems, LPG and LNG Storage and Treatment, BOP. Process Deliverables for Conceptual, FEED and EPC projects. Preparation of Hazardous Area Classification Schedule and Drawing Process safety design for Production system such as crude oil, produced water treatment, water injection, condensate treatment. Process safety design for Utility system such as Potable water, sea water, closed cooling water, compressed air, instrument air, nitrogen, flare and vent, closed drain, chemical injection, fuel gas treatment. Review / provide guidance for preparation of all discipline engineering and design deliverables including P&ID, datasheets. Sizing of flare network and its report using standard tools like Hysys, FlareNet etc.
