Job Title : Sales Executive – B2B (HORECA Activations)

Location : Bangalore

Company : Kultur'd Kombucha

Experience : 3-7 years

Employment Type : Full-time

About the Role :

We are looking for a dynamic, driven, and passionate Sales Executive to lead our B2B sales efforts across HORECA outlets. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in food & beverage sales, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Client Acquisition & Retention : Identify, pitch, and onboard new B2B clients in the HORECA and high end retail sector.
  • Relationship Management : Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.
  • Activations & Sampling : Plan and execute sampling and brand activation strategies across outlets to increase visibility and conversion.
  • Deal Negotiation : Lead deal discussions, pricing negotiations, and ensure favorable terms aligned with company goals.
  • Sales Target Achievement : Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Market Feedback & Reporting : Provide regular insights on customer feedback, competitor activity, and sales performance.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in B2B F&B sales, preferably in the HORECA and retail space.
  • Strong negotiation, pitching, and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, manage client relationships, and work independently.
  • Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
