Role Overview

The

Management Trainee

program offers a comprehensive learning experience across key organizational functions. This role provides hands-on exposure to

front office operations, administration, human resources, sales, marketing,

and

general management.

The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn, with the ability to take on diverse responsibilities that contribute to organizational growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Front Office Management

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and stakeholders.

Manage calls, inquiries, and correspondence with professionalism.

Ensure smooth front office operations and maintain a welcoming environment.

2. Administrative Support

Coordinate office operations, facilities, and resource management.

Manage documentation, filing, and record-keeping.

Support meeting schedules, travel plans, and event coordination.

3. Human Resources

Assist in recruitment, including sourcing, shortlisting, and interview coordination.

Support onboarding, induction, and employee engagement activities.

Help maintain HR records and assist with payroll and compliance documentation.

4. Sales & Business Development

Collaborate with the sales team to understand products and support client acquisition.

Participate in lead generation, client communication, and follow-ups.

Contribute to sales reports and market research for strategic planning.

5. Marketing & Branding

Support the execution of online and offline marketing campaigns.

Contribute to social media management, content creation, and brand promotion.

Assist with event marketing, student engagement, and outreach initiatives.

6. General Management Exposure

Undergo rotations across departments for holistic business understanding.

Work with cross-functional teams to identify challenges and suggest improvements.

Prepare reports and presentations to support decision-making by senior management.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration , Management, or related field .

Strong

communication, interpersonal,

and

organizational

skills.

Ability to

multitask, learn quickly,

and

work collaboratively

in a dynamic environment.

Basic proficiency in

MS Office

and familiarity with

digital tools

and

business communication.

Job Types : Fresher, Internship
