- Role Overview :
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented
- Operations & Logistics Intern
- to join our team. This role is perfect for someone eager to understand how events are executed end-to-end, from planning to on-ground management. You will assist our operations team with logistics, vendor coordination, and overall event execution.
- Responsibilities :
- Support the operations team in day-to-day planning and execution of events.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth logistics.
- Assist in preparing event checklists, timelines, and material tracking sheets.
- Support on-ground event setup, registrations, and backstage management.
- Handle inventory management (props, branding collaterals, event materials).
- Research new vendors, venues, and logistics solutions as per project needs.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and post-event closure.
- Requirements :
- Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation / post-graduation (preferably in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or related fields).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Sheets, Docs).
- A problem-solver with a proactive approach and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel and be present on-site during events (including weekends, if required).
