This is a full-time on-site role for a Voice Process Agent located in New Delhi. The Voice Process Agent will manage inbound and outbound calls, handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure excellent customer service to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Customer service experience in a call center environment
- Ability to handle high call volumes and maintain composure under pressure
- Proficiency in computer skills and experience with CRM software
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Fluency in English; additional languages may be advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in relevant fields is a plus
- Ability to work in a team and independently as needed
