Responsibilities
- Calendar management for executives
- Aid executive in preparing for meetings
- Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
- Minutes of Meetings
- Administrative support to the Board of trustees and committees
- Preparing and maintaining documents, minutes, and agendas of the Board and Committee meetings
- Maintaining Board records and governing documents
- Coordination between board, HOS, HOO, CODs etc, whenever required
- Coordinating with vendors or delegates whenever required
- Maintaining and communicating board calendars and appointments
- Getting the required data and information from various departments and sources that will enable the board to make appropriate decisions
- Good command of English, fast at taking notes and typing it out
- Experience / credibility in handling confidential matters
Required Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in secretarial practiceProficient in secretarial tasks and office managementExcellent MS Office knowledge and English proficiencyMaintains a high level of tact and confidentialityCalendar Management and schedulingLiaison skills with both internal and external stakeholders at all levelsStrong verbal and written communication skillsPresentation skillsShould be open to working on SaturdaysThis position is a contract role open to permanent absorption after evaluation.
