Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with corporate, legal, and regulatory requirements (ROC, SEBI, Companies Act, FEMA, ODI Filings etc.).
• Manage board meetings, draft agendas, prepare minutes, and maintain statutory registers.
• Handle company filings, returns, and documentation with MCA and other authorities.
• Advise management on corporate governance, secretarial practices, and compliance matters.
• Coordinate with auditors, legal advisors, consultants and stakeholders.
• Support in drafting contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence.
