Role Description
This is a
full-time, on-site leadership role
based in Salem. The Head of Sales will oversee sales operations across multiple dealerships, drive finance & insurance penetration, and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, monitoring lead conversion, and coordinating with marketing, service, and accounts teams. The Head of Sales will also mentor showroom managers and sales staff, providing training and guidance to maximize performance.
Qualifications
Proven track record in
sales leadership and target achievement .
Strong experience in
team management and account handling .
Ability to analyze market trends and create actionable sales strategies.
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills .
Skilled in motivating and coaching sales teams.
Automobile dealership experience preferred
(2W / 4W).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Optional).
