Job description- BDE / BDM / Sr. BDM
We are seeking passionate and result-driven Sales Professionals with expertise in Cyber Security, Cloud Infrastructure, AV / Collaboration, and CCTV / Surveillance solutions . The role involves driving new business, building client relationships, and achieving revenue targets through enterprise solution sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in assigned domain (Cyber Security, Cloud Infra, AV / Collaboration, CCTV / Surveillance).
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with enterprise customers, consultants, and system integrators.
- Conduct client meetings, product demos, and solution presentations.
- Work closely with technical / pre-sales team for solution design and proposals.
- Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights for business growth.
Candidate Requirements
Experience : 2 to 10 years in IT Solution Sales / System Integration Sales.Education : B.E / B. Tech (Technical background preferred).Strong understanding of one or more domains : Cyber Security, Cloud, AV / Collaboration, CCTV / Surveillance .Proven track record in B2B / Enterprise solution sales.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and achieve targets.Must own a two-wheeler for client visits.
