Job Title : Sales Manager / Senior Manager – AR / VR / Immersive Technology Sales

Location : Chennai

Experience : 8-12 Years in Technology / Immersive Tech Sales

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for AR / VR / immersive technology products and solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build a robust pipeline, and manage key client relationships.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Present and demonstrate immersive technology solutions to prospective clients, tailoring pitches to meet their specific needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth on-boarding and implementation processes.
  • Collaborate with product teams to provide market feedback and help shape product development.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM updates, and detailed activity reports.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company's immersive solutions.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • 8-12 years of proven sales experience in AR / VR, immersive tech, or related technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of AR / VR hardware, software, and enterprise applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to close large deals with enterprise clients.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, and developing new markets.
  • Ability to work as individual contributor in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics.
