Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate with a passion for luxury jewellery and an eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in diamond jewellery retail, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement : Greet customers warmly, understand their preferences, and provide personalized recommendations.

Product Knowledge : Maintain deep knowledge of diamonds, gold, and jewellery trends to educate and guide customers in their purchase journey.

Sales & Upselling : Achieve and exceed sales targets through consultative selling, cross-selling, and upselling techniques.

Store Operations : Assist in inventory management, display setup, and maintaining store aesthetics as per brand guidelines.

Billing & Documentation : Handle invoicing, certifications, and other necessary documentation with precision.

Customer Relationship Management : Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of retention and repeat business.

Key Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in diamond jewellery retail sales.

Strong communication skills in both English & Hindi. Additional regional languages are a plus.

Well-groomed, presentable, and confident with a strong sense of aesthetics.

Target-driven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Tech-savvy – comfortable using POS systems, CRM tools, and digital catalogues.

Understanding of jewellery certification (GIA, IGI, etc.) and basic diamond grading knowledge.

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple customers efficiently.
