Migration Delivery Lead

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Migration Delivery Lead to oversee the end-to-end execution of a large-scale migration program involving applications, infrastructure, or data across hybrid environments. You will be responsible for managing cross-functional delivery teams of up to 65 resources, ensuring alignment with project timelines, governance frameworks, and client expectations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong program governance, stakeholder management, and runbook-driven execution expertise, with experience in complex enterprise migrations (e.g., data center, core banking, platform modernization, etc.).

Key Responsibilities :

Program & Delivery Management :

• Own and drive the end-to-end migration execution strategy and delivery roadmap in conjunction with the Stream lead in Zurich.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams : application, infrastructure, testing, data, and cutover.
• Build and maintain detailed migration runbooks, cutover plans, and rollback strategies.
• Track and report progress against milestones, risks, and dependencies.
