We are a fast-growing start-up focused on building high-performing global teams. To support our expansion in the US market, we are looking for a dynamic Global Recruiter who can manage end-to-end recruitment using multiple sourcing platforms and innovative strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for US-based roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Source and attract top talent through Upwork, LinkedIn, Fiverr, IIM Jobs, and other platforms.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for niche and high-demand positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align sourcing strategies.
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates for technical, functional, and cultural fit.
- Handle offer negotiations and coordinate onboarding processes.
- Track and report key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and cost-per-hire.
- Stay up to date with US recruitment trends, compliance requirements, and market insights.
- Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the companys visibility in the US talent 5+ years of proven recruitment experience, with a strong focus on US hiring.
- Expertise in sourcing via Upwork, LinkedIn Recruiter, Fiverr, IIM Jobs, and other recruitment platforms.
- Prior experience in start-up or high-growth environments is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of US hiring compliance and best practices.
- Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
