Role Responsibilities :
- Lead Salesforce QA strategy, test planning, and execution across all modules
- Manage QA team members and allocate resources effectively to projects
- Collaborate with development teams for defect resolution and quality releases
- Ensure continuous improvement of test automation and regression frameworks
