About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce QA Engineer with 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in testing Salesforce applications, ensuring quality and performance across different modules, and collaborating closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing on Salesforce platform.
• Validate customizations, workflows, triggers, and Lightning components in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and identify potential risks.
• Log, track, and manage defects using tools like JIRA, ALM, or similar.
• Ensure compliance with QA best practices and maintain testing documentation.
• Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies and provide QA inputs during sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Work on API testing, data validation, and Salesforce integrations with third-party systems.
