Job Summary :
We are seeking a results-driven Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions. In this role, you will be the owner of the Salesforce platform for our commercial and sales operations, working to deliver scalable and impactful CRM solutions that align with business goals. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT, and Salesforce developers, to drive user adoption and continuous innovation.
Key Responsibilities :
Product Strategy and Roadmap :
- Own the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform, defining and maintaining the product roadmap to align with overall business strategy.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact, user needs, and technical feasibility.
Stakeholder Management and Requirements Gathering :
Collaborate with commercial teams, sales leaders, and other business stakeholders to identify pain points and gather requirements.Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and technical requirements for the development team.Execution and Release Management :
Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cycles in an Agile / Scrum environment.Partner with Salesforce developers and administrators to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features and enhancements.User Experience and Adoption :
Drive user adoption through intuitive design, comprehensive training programs, and a continuous feedback loop.Champion an excellent user experience across all Salesforce touchpoints.Data, Governance, and Innovation :
Work with data and analytics teams to integrate Salesforce data into broader analytics products and dashboards.Ensure all Salesforce configurations and customizations adhere to data governance, security, and compliance standards.Continuously explore and leverage new Salesforce features (e.g., Einstein AI, automation tools) to enhance productivity.Required Skills
Product Management & Technology Experience :
4 to 9 years of experience in product management or technology roles.A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.Proven track record of managing Salesforce implementations or enhancements from concept to launch.Domain & Technical Knowledge :
Strong understanding of CRM workflows, including lead, opportunity, and account management.Familiarity with the technical capabilities of the Salesforce platform, including declarative tools and key features.Methodology & Soft Skills :
Experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Preferred Skills :
Salesforce Certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Platform App Builder.Experience with other Salesforce clouds (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).Knowledge of automation tools such as Flows and Process Builder.Experience with data and analytics integration tools and techniques.Familiarity with UX / UI principles for enterprise applications.(ref : hirist.tech)
