Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Manager, located in Coimbatore. The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers, providing personalized financial guidance, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns. The role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction, managing customer accounts, and ensuring timely communication and updates regarding chit fund schemes. The Customer Relationship Manager will also work on identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Relationship Management and handling customer queries
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships
• Proficiency in financial planning and providing personalized financial advice
• Ability to work collaboratively with different departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple customer accounts
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
