Job description
  • The Manager-Customer Relations is responsible for engaging with customers by building and maintaining trusting relationships.
  • S / He should address customer problems and needs by collaborating with internal teams (e.g. sales, engineers, senior management) ensuring maximum customer satisfaction
  • Key Responsibilities and Duties :

    Customer Relations :

    • Coordinate the maintenance and updating of company website
    • Address the enquiries that comes through Sell Do, website & Knowlarity
    • Maintain the complete database of customers
    • Marketing and Promotion :

    • Coordinate the new project launches, participate in sales campaigns and attend sales events like Credai Fair Pro and other Bank Expo's (yearly thrice or as and when required)
    • Get the brochures and pamphlets, emailers of new projects printed and maintain the stocks of brochures and pamphlets
    • Project Registration :

    • Send quarterly updates to TNRERA on all ongoing Projects
    • Handling the complete process of project registration with TNRERA and preparing the complete necessary documents of every project
    • Others :

    • Coordinate the preparation of legal documents with advocate and document writer for all new projects
    • Prepare construction and sale agreements, sale documents and other legal documents
    • Academic Qualifications and Work Experience : Master's in any related field
