The Manager-Customer Relations is responsible for engaging with customers by building and maintaining trusting relationships.S / He should address customer problems and needs by collaborating with internal teams (e.g. sales, engineers, senior management) ensuring maximum customer satisfactionKey Responsibilities and Duties :
Customer Relations :
- Coordinate the maintenance and updating of company website
- Address the enquiries that comes through Sell Do, website & Knowlarity
- Maintain the complete database of customers
Marketing and Promotion :
- Coordinate the new project launches, participate in sales campaigns and attend sales events like Credai Fair Pro and other Bank Expo's (yearly thrice or as and when required)
- Get the brochures and pamphlets, emailers of new projects printed and maintain the stocks of brochures and pamphlets
Project Registration :
- Send quarterly updates to TNRERA on all ongoing Projects
- Handling the complete process of project registration with TNRERA and preparing the complete necessary documents of every project
Others :
- Coordinate the preparation of legal documents with advocate and document writer for all new projects
- Prepare construction and sale agreements, sale documents and other legal documents
Academic Qualifications and Work Experience : Master's in any related field
