Purpose of the Position / Summary :
- The Manager-Customer Relations is responsible for engaging with customers by building and maintaining trusting relationships.
- S / He should address customer problems and needs by collaborating with internal teams (e.g. sales, engineers, senior management) ensuring maximum customer satisfaction
- Only looking for candidates based in / willing to relocate to Coimbatore.
Key Responsibilities and Duties :
Customer Relations :
Get customer feedback and take necessary actionResolve customer complaintsMaintain continuous relationship with customersUpdate customers on project progressRegistration & Documentation :
Handle the documentation work for registration processSales :
Process property booking of customers approaching the head officePrepare of final cost sheet and estimate for new customers.Sending cost estimates to sales team and management as and when required.Prepare reports, including sales reports for upper management as and when required and for land owners (monthly)Others :
Ensure compliance to the regulations and guidelines set forth by RERA and maintain up-to-date information and records related to projects.Coordinate with bankers for project approvals and processing loans of customersCoordinate with accounts department on monthly basis for customer receipts reconciliationOversee handing over of key and possession certificate and other necessary documents to the customers as and when requiredQualification : MBA in any related field.
