Branch Manager - Burundi Africa
Branch Management & Operations :
- Oversee complete administration, staffing, and smooth day-to-day branch operations.
- Ensure all branch activities align with organizational policies and business manuals.
- Coordinate with counter staff and other branches to maintain operational synergy.
Sales & Business Growth :
Achieve revenue, turnover, and profitability targets as per branch business plan.Drive growth by acquiring new clients and expanding business from existing accounts.Contribute to product improvement and sales strategies.Team Leadership & Performance Management :
Recruit, train, and mentor branch personnel in coordination with HR.Foster a performance-oriented culture with clear KPIs and rewards.Monitor staffing levels to ensure optimal resource deployment.Client & Partner Relationship Management :
Maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering consistent, high-quality service.Conduct periodic account analysis and credit utilization reviews.Develop and strengthen relationships with hotels, airlines, and other key partners.Compliance & Quality Standards :
Ensure adherence to company benchmarks and regularly review service delivery.Authorize ticketing, credit control, and leisure service deviations where applicable.Technology & Systems :
Efficiently adopt and execute internal systems and travel platforms.Encourage digitization and automation within operational Education : Degree (Tourism, Business, or related fields preferred)Certifications : Travel Management or GDS certifications are a plus
