A PowerPoint Presentation Specialist is a creative professional skilled in transforming ideas, data, and concepts into compelling visual stories using Microsoft PowerPoint and other presentation tools. Working closely with teams across departments, this specialist is responsible for designing, enhancing, and refining presentations that communicate information effectively, support business objectives, and leave a lasting impression on audiences.

Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including mastery of advanced functions such as animations, transitions, charts, and embedded media with at least 5 to 8 years of experience.
• Strong graphic design skills, with a solid understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Familiarity with other design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite—Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva) is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interpret and visualize abstract ideas.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering polished, professional work.
