Talent Partner (Non-Tech) - Contract

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Non-Tech Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for various non-technical roles across departments such as Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Retail Banking. You will play a critical role in building a diverse and high-performing team that drives our company's growth.

What You will do

• End-to-End Recruitment : Manage the full recruitment cycle for non-technical roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Talent Sourcing : Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies, market mapping to attract top talent.
• Candidate Screening : Conduct thorough resume reviews, interviews, and assessments to identify suitable candidates.
• Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide regular updates.
• Employer Branding : Promote the company's culture and values to attract potential candidates.
• Data Management : Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide regular reports on hiring metrics.
• Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities
• Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry
