MoEngage is looking for a strategic Lead - Talent Partner to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with our workforce plans. If you are an experienced talent acquisition leader with a passion for driving end-to-end recruitment, fostering high-performing teams, and leveraging data for continuous improvement, you will play a pivotal role in our growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a talent acquisition strategy for the organization, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic workforce plans.
- Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process , from initiating hiring requests to onboarding new hires, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for all stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the leadership team, hiring managers, and HR COE members to maintain best practices and deliver a superior recruitment experience.
- Utilizing recruitment dashboards to track and report on key performance metrics , driving continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making .
- Cultivating a high-performing team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, fostering growth and engagement amongst team members.
- Leading and actively participating in talent acquisition projects and other HR focus areas to drive organizational excellence and achievement of strategic objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree .Extensive Talent Acquisition experience and substantial people management experience .Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition lead or similar role.Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques .Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment .Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools .Experience with employer branding and talent marketing strategies .Strong attention to detail and organizational skills .Skills Required
