Bachelor s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field required.Experience :
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition with an advisory focus.Proven track record in recruiting for technical, non-technical, professional and managerial roles, ideally in electronics, test and measurement equipment, specialty sensors, and aerospace and defense subsystems.Skills :
Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering excellenceStrong relationship-building and influencing abilities.Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment analytics.Proficiency in ATS, ideally AI based, and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and LinkedIn Talent Insights.Skills Required
