Key responsibilitiesCustomer interaction : Making outbound calls to prospective or existing customers, and handling inbound calls to assist with inquiries. Sales and lead generation : Promoting products or services, generating sales leads, and persuading customers to make a purchase or schedule an appointment. Information and support : Providing detailed information about products or services, resolving customer issues, and addressing complaints. Record keeping : Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, conversations, and sales leads. Follow-up : Following up with leads and existing customers to build relationships and ensure satisfaction. Documentation : Creating and maintaining necessary paperwork or documentation based on telecalling conversations. Required skills and qualificationsCommunication : Exceptional oral communication and listening skills are essential. Persuasion : A persuasive and confident approach is necessary for sales-oriented roles. Problem-solving : The ability to effectively handle and resolve customer issues and complaints. Organization : Strong organizational and time management skills are needed to handle multiple tasks and maintain records. Education : A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
