telecaller makes outbound and receives inbound calls to promote products or services, generate sales leads, provide customer support, and gather information from potential and existing customers. Key responsibilities include making sales pitches, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and accurately recording customer interactions in a CRM system. Strong communication, persuasion, and organizational skills, along with the ability to meet targets, are essential for success in this role.

ResponsibilitiesOutbound Calls : Contacting prospective customers to introduce and promote products or services, explain benefits, and persuade them to make purchases or schedule appointments. Inbound Calls : Handling incoming customer calls, answering questions, and providing information or solutions related to products and services. Lead Generation : Generating new leads by identifying and engaging with potential clients and following up with them to convert them into customers. Customer Support : Resolving customer complaints, addressing issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Data Management : Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales activities in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Target Achievement : Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets for sales, lead generation, or customer engagement.
