Senior B2B IT Sales + Telecaller Leader - 5+ Years Experience - UK / USA / EMEA Market

- Proven IT sales experience of handling calls for UK / USA / Gulf / Canada / Australia / EMEA market clients across different ticket sizes (small, mid, and high-value deals) is mandatory.

Must-Haves (read first)
Proven UK telecalling experience (mandatory).Candidates without UK telecalling experience will not be considered.Must have UK accent.Prior experience selling web development, CRM / automation, or SaaS services.Min. 5+ years in IT sales to UK / USA / Gulf / Canada / Australia / EMEA market clientsExperience managing different ticket sizes (e.g., low-ticket quick sales and high-ticket consultative sales).Strong objection handling and end-to-end B2B sales cycle skills (prospecting → discovery → objections → next steps / closing).Proficient with CRM and basic spreadsheets; maintain clean pipeline hygiene.Laptop (decent config) + reliable broadband.Comfortable in a performance-tracked environment.What You'll Do
Conduct lead generation and cold email campaigns and other assigned tasks by the management during the first half of the shift ( 1 : 30 PM –5 : 30 PM ).Make 50–60 outbound cold calls / day to UK prospects (existing customers & verified leads) during the second half of the shift (5 : 30–10 : 30 PM IST). Plus other work as and when assigned by management related to Sales.Follow up with prospects and move conversations toward clear next steps or meetings.Do quick pre-call research (2–3 minutes) using the company's framework, talk tracks, and CRM workflow.Handle objections effectively and maintain professional, consultative conversations.Record concise, accurate CRM notes after each call (1–3 minutes).Join client calls and prepare materials / data beforehand.Participate in and organise client offerings / demo calls.Create simple assets in Canva and assist with social media marketing (training provided).Prepare weekly reports and support related office tasks.Work Setup & Tracking
Hours : 1 : 30 PM –10 : 30 PM IST, Monday–Friday.Mode : Fully remote, anywhere in India.Tracking : Standard activity / call metrics monitored.Targets
