Vice President - Operations - Medical Coding

Job descriptionHandle P&L management , service delivery, client relationships, and internal stakeholder management. Lead offshore service delivery for radiology, interventional radiology, general surgery, anaesthesia coding, ED, etc. Implement programmes to achieve business growth and profitability targets . Provide structure, direction, and improved processes for operating units to optimise workflow and ROI . Mentor and guide subordinates and other employees for talent development . Manage multiple accounts with teams of 2000+ employees across multiple work streams. Facilitate process re-engineering to enhance client engagement and service quality. Generate new business prospects to showcase organisational capabilities. Ensure attrition control and job enrichment at process Must be an associate vice president or equivalent designation . Expertise in ICD-9, ICD-10, and multispecialty medical coding within the US Healthcare domain. Hands-on experience in hospital coding operations is preferred. Proven track record in P&L & EBITDA management , client satisfaction, and margin growth. Demonstrated leadership with experience managing large teams (1000+ FTEs) . Flexibility to travel across the US, Philippines, and India . Graduate in any discipline. 18+ years of experience in US healthcare medical coding, preferably with extensive hospital coding operations experience.
