Job descriptionDrive budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling aligned with business growth (- 100 Cr - 250 Cr scale). Lead long-term business planning, cash flow forecasting, and capital deployment. Work closely with the CEO and external partners to raise pre-Series A and future rounds (- 20 Cr+). Prepare investor decks, financial projections, and due diligence materials. Build strong relationships with VCs, banks, and financial institutions. Establish and oversee robust MIS, unit economics, and financial KPIs across business units. Guide clinic-level profitability metrics, margin optimization, and pricing strategy. Oversee accounts, payroll, AP / AR, reconciliations, and vendor payments. Lead financial audits, statutory filings, and tax compliance. Implement scalable finance systems for multi-location clinical operations. Ensure legal compliance with all applicable laws - ROC, GST, TDS, FDI, MCA, etc. Mitigate financial and operational risks through strong controls and internal audits. 10+ years of progressive experience in finance; at least 3+ years in a leadership role. CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent; healthcare or multi-unit business exposure is a plus. Experience in fundraising, investor communications, and financial storytelling. Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ethical integrity. Ability to work in a fast-paced, founder-driven, mission-oriented environment.
