Job description

Role and Responsibilities :

  • Specialist in Securities Law (SEBI Act, SCRA, SCRR, LODR, ICDR, PIT, SAST, SECC, Delisting etc) and Company Law
  • Processing of listing applications in compliance with ICDR, LODR, PIT, Takeover regs
  • Actions against non-compliant companies as per SOP
  • Analysis of disclosures made by companies for surveillance alerts and co-ordinating with BSE Surveillance team
  • Automation of listing function
  • Co-ordinating with the IT team for website disclosures and electronic filing platform
  • Co-ordinating with NSE team with respect to commonly listed companies
  • Proactively participating in SEBI committee meetings
  • Thought leadership in recommending policy level changes to SEBI
  • Building relationship with SEBI CFD team
  • Should have an exposure in SME Listing Compliance & IPO
  • Oversee the entire IPO process for SME Listings, including the review of draft documents, basis of allotment, listing of securities etc.

Preferred Skills :

  • Preferably a CS + LLB with exposure to listed company compliance
  • Knowledge of SEBI LODR, ICDR, PIT and SAST regs.
  • Drafting and Interpretational Skills
  • Effective Management Skills
  • Data Analytics
  • Should be from the exchange background / Merchant banking.
  • Analytical capability
  • Should have team management capability
