Mode of Interview : Virtual & Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of the sales team.
- Set sales targets and ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds them.
- Coach, train, and support team members to improve performance and skill development.
- Monitor individual and team performance through CRM tools and regular reporting.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance sales productivity.
- Handle escalations and assist with closing high-value or complex deals.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to align efforts.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
- Maintain a strong understanding of company products / services and market Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role (minimum 2-3 years).
- Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory position is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
- Results-driven with the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e. , Salesforce, Zoho)
