🛠️ Responsibilities
Identify, onboard, and manage YouTube and Instagram influencers (India & Indonesia) to promote in-house incent apps and games.Plan and execute influencer campaigns delivering 40–50 promotional videos monthly.Manage and optimize quarterly marketing budgets, ensuring high ROI creator partnerships.Conduct outreach to high-potential influencers for performance-driven collaborations.Negotiate and close deals on fixed + revenue-sharing models.Track campaign performance via BI dashboards and suggest data-driven improvements to maximize app revenue.Stay updated with influencer and gaming trends to refine campaign strategy.Demonstrate strong ownership, adaptability, and collaboration in a fast-paced team environment.🎯 Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.2+ years of experience in influencer or performance marketing (preferably in gaming or app-based promotions).Proven negotiation and campaign management skills.Established network with YouTube and Instagram influencers, especially in South India.Experience working with BI tools or performance tracking dashboards.Strong English communication and presentation skills.Highly organized, data-driven, and self-motivated with an analytical mindset.✨ Bonus
