We are seeking an experienced and self-driven HR professional to establish and lead our Human Resources function.

Position Overview

The Head of Human Resources will be Codexon’s first dedicated HR professional, reporting directly to the CEO. This role is responsible for building the HR framework from the ground up, including U.S. and India-specific hiring, OPT / H1B consultant management, policies, compliance, and employee lifecycle processes. The position requires a strategic yet hands-on individual who can operate independently, serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, and ensure HR practices align with Codexon’s business goals and values.

Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy & Leadership

• Partner directly with the Chairman & CEO to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Codexon’s business objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor on all people-related matters, including culture, compliance, and workforce planning.
• Align hiring and workforce strategies with the company’s growth across U.S. and India operations.
