About the Role :

We are looking for a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in educational institutions to manage end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, payroll management, HR policies implementation, SAP operations, attendance and leave management, and handling the complete exit process for both teaching and non-teaching staff.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for teaching and non-teaching positions.
• Manage payroll processing , compliance, and statutory requirements.
• Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures .
• Handle attendance, leave, and performance tracking .
• Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities .
• Utilize SAP for efficient HR operations and reporting.
