Job Description 1 : Associate Manager – Retail Operations

Role Overview :
As an Associate Manager – Retail Operations, you will be responsible for managing operational processes related to individual life insurance products. This includes data management, ticket servicing, and customer support functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Input and maintain accurate data in the Management Information System (MIS) for retail life insurance policies.
- Processing endorsements, policy changes, and updates as per customer requests.
- Handle payouts including maturity, surrender, and closure in a timely and compliant manner.
- Manage and resolve service tickets related to policy servicing and customer queries.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless policy administration and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards in all operational activities.
- Generate periodic reports and dashboards for performance tracking and audit purposes.
Qualifications & Skills :
Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.4–5 years of experience in life insurance operations, preferably in retail products.Proficiency in MIS tools and policy administration systems.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
