Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Manager - Real Estate. The Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as property management, lease administration, handling leases, and overseeing both residential and commercial real estate operations. Duties also include maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring smooth operations, and improving the real estate portfolio&aposs performance.

Qualifications

• Skills in Property Management
• Experience in Lease Administration and handling Leases
• Strong background in Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in communication, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is preferred
