About the Role

Are you excited about empowering local businesses with the latest in AI and automation technology? Join us as a Sales Manager to drive adoption of our powerful suite of solutions—including AI assistants, VoIP tools, no-code platforms, and business automation systems.

You’ll be responsible for end-to-end sales, from lead generation to closing, working closely with business owners and decision-makers. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role where your contributions will directly shape the company’s growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and convert SMB prospects through both outbound and inbound strategies
  • Lead product demos and consultative conversations to understand and meet customer needs
  • Own the full sales cycle : prospecting → qualifying → demoing → closing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape to inform outreach strategies
  • Maintain pipeline and performance metrics using CRM tools
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients for retention and expansion

What We're Looking For

  • 4–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS or tech sales
  • Strong experience selling into the SMB sector (retail, restaurants, service-based businesses)
  • Knowledge of or experience with VoIP tools, AI solutions, and no-code platforms
  • Proven ability to manage the complete sales cycle independently
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with POS systems, business automation tools, or local commerce platforms
  • Experience in the U.S. SMB market
  • Previous work in a growth-stage startup or dynamic sales environment
  • Working knowledge of CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
