About The Role

As an IT Operations Specialist I (P2) , you will provide essential onsite IT support to employees and assist with daily IT operations at our corporate office. This role is fully onsite at our Bengaluru Office, 5 days a week, and ensures that employees have a smooth and reliable technology experience. You will help maintain IT systems, support conference room technology, and provide hands-on assistance for devices and user requests.

This role reports to the IT Operations Manager and works closely with the IT Service Desk, IT Operations Support team, and the Places & Office team.

Responsibilities

Onsite IT Operations & Office Support

• Act as the onsite IT support resource, responding to employee requests and incidents.
• Ensure conference rooms, IT systems, and shared office equipment are functioning properly.
• Assist with IT asset management, including device provisioning, check-in / check-out, and tracking.
• Partner with IT and Security teams to follow access control and compliance policies.
